Our items are custom made just for you, therefore, refunds and/or exchanges are not available. Once we have begun to work on your order, we are no longer able to make changes, so please make sure any questions you have are answered before you place your order.
We accept credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Your payment information is secure, and this shop never receives your credit card information.
We use USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail Rush Shipping options are available. We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00.
All of our items are all custom made once your order is place, and shipped within 7 days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive to you, perhaps more during busy holiday seasons, severe weather, weekends, or distant locations from Washington State. We will use the address provided to us on when you order. If an order is returned to us, it will be your responsibility to pay to re-ship your order back to you with the correct address. Please be certain your address is listed correctly!
We are not responsible for your order once it leaves our possession. We use USPS tracking, and consider your order in your possession if shown as delivered. We are also not responsible for shipping delays out of our control, due to the U.S. Postal Service. Refunds will not be issued for items delivered later than expected due to USPS delays. Please order in plenty of time for us to create your item and for it to be delivered to you!
